What is Shared Branching?

Have you ever needed access to your money or to pay your Abound loan but were't anywhere near an Abound branch? That's where shared branching comes in. 

Shared branching is a service that allows credit union Members to complete transactions at participating credit union locations and ATMs as if they were visiting their home branch. At Abound, we participate in shared branching through our ATMs and are part of the CO-OP ATM and Shared Branching Network. This network gives credit union Members access to more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. 

Whether you're traveling, relocating or simply away from home, shared branching ensures you still have convenient access to your accounts. You can find participating locations here

What can I do through a shared ATM?

As an Abound Member, you can use shared ATMs to complete everyday banking tasks without paying additional fees. At participating ATMs, you can: To complete a transaction at a shared ATM, you'll need your Abound debit/ATM card and pin. From there, you an handle your banking smoothly.
